1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
- Custom-made or bulk wholesale orders (over 50 units) are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at shishang@sskyss.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
4. Refund Timeframe
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
